Gymnastics Lessons

Beginners 5-7 years

Our Beginners lessons are for boys and girls ages 5-7 years*! These lessons combine games, fun activities and drills to help young children learn the basics of gymnastics.

• Tuesdays 5pm-6pm (Knaresborough)

• Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm (Ripon)

• Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm (Boroughbridge)

• Saturdays 9am-10am (Boroughbridge)

*We can accept some 4 year olds into our classes, however we do not run pre-school specific classses so we recommend 4 year olds enrol on one of our assessment trials to see if they are ready before being offered a place.

Intermediate 6-9 years (Skill Assessed)

Our Intermediate classes are for boys and girls ages 6-9 years who have learnt the basic skills to move up to this class, or children in Year 3 or above who are new to gymnastics!! In this group they are working towards developing on the basics they have learnt in a fun and progressive way!

Juniors 7-11 years

Our Junior classes are for children who are 9+ who are newer to gymnastics, or for 7-8 year olds who have some gymnastics experience and meet the skill criteria for this group! These classes include fun drills and activities suitable for this age group!

• Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm (Ripon)

• Thursdays 7pm-8pm (Boroughbridge)

• Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am (Boroughbridge)
